What helps the engineer

  • Gas, oil or LPG. It decides whether it is Gas Safe or OFTEC work.
  • The boiler make, and the model if it is on the front.
  • Any fault code on the display, exactly as shown.
  • What you have already tried: pressure, reset, a frozen pipe.
  • When you are in, and whether anyone in the house is elderly or unwell.
